Recruitment

When you are seeking candidates to fill a leadership position within your organization, we offer a full range of services to assist you in that endeavor:

•  Research and update the position description
•   Develop recruitment flyers, ads, and other materials (such as supplemental    questionaires)
•   Market the postion opening via direct mail, websites, and printed media
•   Distribute application materials, respond to questions and inquiries
•   Receive applicaion packages
•   Review application materials for completeness, rate/prioritize applications
•   Forward applications to the hiring authority
•   Work with the hiring authority in developing interview questions or design and coordinate an assessment center testing process

Each agency has their own needs.  You may want us to organize and complete the entire process, with the top candidates being forwarded for final interiews; or you may desire assistance in few areas.  We will work with you or your Human Resources personnel, elected officials, or other appointed officials to develop a successful program that meets your needs

In each of my Interim Fire Chief appoinments, one of my tasks was to recruit [and provide Assessment Center Testing] for a Fire/EMS Chief as my replacement.
